The Left of the Lake Games is an "Olympic like" art competition. In the spirit of camaraderie, teams will compete in art related events from 10-4 on Saturday March 2nd at the Gateway Technical College Madrigano Hall located in Kenosha Wisconsin. Spectators are encouraged to attend!
The Opening Ceremony/ Grant dinner is scheduled for March 1st (Time and location tba) Tickets will be available which includes dinner and a portfolio presentation by 3 artists. Each ticket holder will be able to vote for the artist that you feel is the most deserving of a cash grant to be awarded that evening. The grant amount is variable, based on the number of tickets sold. Please consider attending the dinner and supporting local emerging artists.
The Left of the Lake Games art will be on display at ArtWorks from March 9th through April 9th. Please join us for the free opening artists reception, medal ceremony, and the awarding of the very first Left of the Lake Games trophy for the winning team!
